I originally was big fan the original CSI; then second season came along and quality took nose dive but they introduced CSI:Miami that had the original's quality my fandom shifted. New York okay but not as good. Now they have CSI: Vegas and I'm two episodes in and going wtf, why is Catherine Willow written as an idiot? Demoted to below level she started as in pilot episode? And Marge H last on credits that's a criminal offense in itself.
Plus, noticed critical error in overall cross The board of series Franchise, in pilot episode new CSI got shot and killed and the sheriff's department got reamed for not having an officer watching for CSI's safety and security of crime scene. Every episode afterwards the CSIs run around crime scenes nilly willy, and the issue is never addressed again even when they get shot and kidnapped over and over.
discovered the CSI channels on Pluto TV and been watching to catch up on decades missed episodes.
I still say CSI: Miami is best in the lot. Too bad they not as honest in real life. I'm sure there are few good apples in the barrel of rotten apples. I used to be a cop I know how corrupt they really are. This series portrays the detectives right; it's about the conviction and to hell with guilty or innocent.
