Adrienne Veston is the wife and widow of Reggie Veston, revealed to be his eventual murderer.

Adrienne ran the Kipayo Indian Casino with Reggie to support their tribe with the finances. They were under threat by Scott O'Shay, a politician collaborating with tycoon Doug Lansing to embezzle the casino's money under blackmail. Reggie was sent a page of the black book of Tess Gowen, a murdered prostitute and friend of Anna Sivarro, who had the book until her home was broken into and it was stolen from her. Reggie was one of Tess's clients, and the book was meant as leverage so Reggie would meet the embezzlers' demands.

Horrifically, it went awry when Adrienne was the one to receive the page. She confronted Reggie angrily demanding answers, Reggie swearing he barely saw Tess and still loved his wife. She had none of it and removing the hair clip from her head, stabbed Reggie in the face and killed him. A strand of confetti with traces of her perfume was found, and thus she was questioned.

Adrienne gave a full confession and was arrested and incarcerated.
