Calvin Montgomery is a drug addict, robber, and murderer who appeared in Season One of CSI: NY.
History[]
Montgomery robbed a deli for drug money to pay his dealer, Jordan "Jordy" Thompkins. When Thompkins refused and said the money wasn't enough, Montgomery shot Thompkins and took the drugs for himself. While tracing another crime scene, Thompkins' corpse is found, but the bullet was eat by a rat. The rat colony is found on a market ceiling, and one dead rat is found with the smoking bullet.
Once autopsied and the bullet retrieved, the robbery's found out that night, and Montgomery, already in custody, is brought to the precinct. Presenting him with the scenario they put together, not even showing the ballistics, he confesses to the murder by saying "Tell me something, who ratted me out?" Montgomery is then arrested and imprisoned.
