Season Three[]
Lockwood was formerly a homicide detective during Seasons 2 and 3 before the episode "Inside the Box" where he inadvertently was in the middle of an armed bank robbery. Lockwood was at the bank, presumably to cash in and while getting out his wallet, he notices a boy smiling at him and reassures the mother. Later, armed men came in and he alongside other hostages went up to the wall. When the one controlling the hostages threatened to kill the mother and boy, Lockwood pulled out his gun but he was then shot in the back. CSIs later determined he was shot by a sniper from across the street. CSIs would identify the sniper as Rob Rubio.

He was mentioned in "The Fallen" where his name is seen on the Fallen Officers Memorial wall at the LVPD HQ.
