Golden Parachute

  • Christina Colucci (falls to her death after being knocked out of the cabin door of a private jet by Scott Sommer as it flies over the Everglades; one of her shoes ends up being sucked into one of the engines, causing the plane to then malfunction and crash into a swamp.)
  • Unnamed jet pilot (dies from injuries sustained in the plane crash, despite the efforts of Eric Delko to try and save him; a bolt had sheared off from the bulkhead and gone through his chest like a bullet.)
  • Unnamed co-pilot (dies in a plane crash when Scott Sommer's private jet crashes into the Everglades after Christina Colucci's shoe gets sucked into one of the engines.)
  • Five unnamed passengers (all die in a plane crash when Scott Sommer's private jet crashes into the Everglades after Christina Colucci's shoe gets sucked into one of the engines.)

Losing Face

  • Aurelio Moreno (dies when a necklace bomb attached to him by Charlie Berenger is inadvertently detonated by Al Humphreys.)
  • Al Humphreys (dies in an explosion when he inadvertently detonates a necklace bomb planted on Aurelio Moreno by Charlie Berenger.)

Wet Foot/Dry Foot

  • Unnamed Cuban immigrant (shot in the chest by Bob Morton with a Colt M1911A1, his body then falls overboard Morton's boat and later gets eaten by a shark.)
  • Elena De Soto (bleeds to death after being shot in the leg by Pedro De Soto with a Colt M1911A1 at her own request as the two lay drifting in the sea after escaping Bob Morton's boat during a storm. They had spotted a Coast Guard vessel and knew that they would have to be taken to the mainland for treatment if one of them was injured.)

Just One Kiss

  • Estevan Ordonez (throat slit by Drake Hamilton with a broken champagne bottle after having been attacked and beaten by Tyler Hamilton.)

Ashes to Ashes

  • Emilio Medina (beaten to death by Cameron Medina with his own wrench in an attempt to stop him from attacking Iris Medina; they then drag his body into their backyard and dump it in the river.)
  • Father Carlos (shot once in the shoulder and once in the back (lying hunched over, the bullet exits through his chest and enters his thigh) by Iris Medina with Emilio Medina's Ruger Mini-14.)
  • Lisa Valdez (burns to death when she falls asleep at the wheel of her car after being drugged by Jeffrey Douglas with demerol causing her to lose control of her car and plunge into a ravine where a makeshift molotov cocktail planted by Douglas explodes, killing her and their own unborn child.)

Broken

  • Angelique Louis (strangled by Stewart Otis and then buried in the backyard of a house; her remains are found a year later.)
  • Cassandra Reichelt (strangled by Stewart Otis and then buried in the backyard of a house; her remains are found a year later.)
  • Raleigh Tomlinson (strangled by Stewart Otis and then buried in the backyard of a house; her remains are found a year later.)
  • Annika Backlund (strangled by Stewart Otis and then buried in the backyard of a house; her remains are found a year later.)
  • Shauna Owens (strangled by Stewart Otis and then buried in the backyard of a house; her remains are found a year later.)

  • Noel Peach (poisoned by Melissa Starr when she spikes a condom with nicotine insecticide and then has sex with him, causing him to absorb the poison through his penis.)
  • Adam Cassidy (bleeds to death after being stabbed in the abdomen by Carson Cassidy while both are suffering hypoxia underwater; Adam climbs onboard a boat and is promptly knocked unconscious by Lisa Tupper with a flashlight after thinking he was going to attack Mark Tupper.)

Slaughterhouse

  • Stephanie Caplin (shot in the face by Jason Caplin with a Remington 870 Field Gun whilst she is sleeping on the couch.)
  • Timmy Caplin (shot in the back by Jason Caplin with a Remington 870 Field Gun.)
  • Luke Caplin (shot twice in the back by Jason Caplin with a Remington 870 Field Gun.)
  • Max Caplin (dies when Luke Caplin gets shot in the back by Jason Caplin, causing some pellets to pass through Luke's body into Max.)

Kill Zone

  • Jason Groves (shot in the head by Christopher Harwood with a Remington Model 700 AICS using sabot ammunition from a rooftop over 600 yards away.)
  • Maya Franklin (shot in the head by Christopher Harwood with a Remington Model 700 AICS using sabot ammunition from a rooftop over 600 yards away.)
  • Lou Blake (shot in the head by Christopher Harwood with a Remington Model 700 AICS using sabot ammunition from a rooftop over 600 yards away.)
  • Dee Lawrence (inadvertently shot in the head by Gustavo Santoya with a Smith & Wesson Model 547; he shot at a rival gang car in order to protect Ray Santoya and the bullet ricocheted off of a mailbox and went through the window of the tourbus Dee was sitting in.)
  • Michael Corday (shot in the head by Christopher Harwood with a Remington Model 700 AICS using sabot ammunition from a nearby rooftop.)

A Horrible Mind

  • Adam Metzger (hanged from a tree by Theresa after she brutally tortures him for six hours: using a stun gun on him, gluing his eyelids open, blinding him with a photocopier and stabbing, slashing and beating him with various implements such as an ice pick, a staple remover, a tape holder and some thumbtacks.)
  • Doug Reid (drowns after accidentally locking himself in the boot of Larry Castanotto's car after parking it next to a canal in order to pull off an insurance scam; his body is found two weeks later.)

Camp Fear

  • Dara Winters (killed by leeches after being dumped in a swamp by Julie Morales after having fallen and hit her head on a tree root while running from Margie Winters.)
  • Willie Stango (burns to death internally after taking a call on his cell phone after having siphoned expensive gasoline from several boats; the lithium battery caused static electricity and ignited the fuel inside him.)

Entrance Wound

  • Susan McCreary (stabbed several times in the chest, abdomen and upper torso by Lee Bastille, who then attempts to frame Cole Judson.)
  • Werner Roebling (shot once in the mouth and once in the back of the head by Malcolm Davidson with a .22 revolver during a staged carjacking; it is revealed that Greta Roebling had hired Brian Davidson to perform the hit.)

Bunk

  • Rudy Caldwell (suffocates after accidentally inhaling nitric acid fumes in Greg Kimble's cook house after a jar smashes and gets exposed to sunlight.)
  • Unnamed teenager (dies from an ecstasy overdose due to Greg Kimble replacing one of the main ingredients with MDP2P making it a lot more potent but slow acting.)
  • Greg Kimble (stabbed four times in the chest by Dr. James Welmont.)
  • Betty Rosen (bleeds to death after falling and hitting her head on hard surfaces several times.)

Forced Entry

  • Thomas Carpenter (chokes to death on a sample of material that Leonard Murphy had stuffed in his mouth as a gag after knocking him unconscious with a steel pipe, taping him to his bed and sexually assaulting him with the same pipe.)
  • Judy Johnson (commits suicide by slitting her wrist with a pair of scissors; this happened two weeks previously.)
  • Michelle Carter (strangled by Vincent Graziano.)
  • Benito Ramon (beaten to death by Vincent Graziano after having found out Benito had not disposed of Michelle Carter's body due to his crematorium oven breaking down.)

Dead Woman Walking

  • Carl Aspen (dies from a broken neck during a struggle with Parker Boyd while attempting to mug him; some Iodine 131 gets splashed onto his hand which eventually starts burning through his skin.)
  • Belle King (dies one week later from radiation poisoning after drinking orange juice that had been spiked with Iodine 131 by Parker Boyd.)

Evidence of Things Unseen

  • Victor Ratsch (stabbed three times in the back through a door by Rick Breck with a hunting knife.)
  • Amy Breck-Cannon (run over with Mr. Infante's car by Mr. Davis.)
  • Rick Breck (drowned in a toilet by Mr. Davis during a fight; Davis then throws the body over the side of Rick's boat to cover up the true cause of drowning.)

Simple Man

  • Abby Sandoval (shot in the head by Lorenzo Escalante with a Heckler & Koch USP9 Compact.)
  • Bonita Cruz (shot in the head by Carl Galaz with a Heckler & Koch USP9 Compact to recreate the murder of Abby Sandoval and attempt to exonerate Lorenzo Escalante at the behest of Mercedes Escalante.)

Dispo Day

  • Unnamed MDPD SWAT member (shot in the chest by Jeff Macher with a Beretta 92FS; as he lays on the ground he is hit several more times in the back by Lester Cassidy with a Cobray M11/9.)
  • Jeff Macher (shot in the chest by an MDPD SWAT member with a Colt M4A1 Carbine.)
  • Sgt. Hollis (shot in the head by Sam Lasky when he sprays the windscreen of the dispo van with an Intratec TEC-DC9.)

Spring Break

  • Tiffany Heitzenrader (neck broken by Kip Miller after sexually assaulting her; she is then raped post mortem by Carson Mackie who thought she was only passed out, It is also revealed that Kip was responsible for the death and rape of three other women.)
  • Trey Hanson (dies from a brain aneurysm from holding his breath too long during "bong olympics" with Deejay, Jack and Matt. They dress his body in his swimming shorts, take him up to the roof of their motel and all jump into the pool to make it look like he drowned.)

Tinder Box

  • Johnny Brosnan (stabbed in the chest by Danny Maxwell with a broken bottle during a struggle; Maxwell then pours two bottles of rum over his body before the fire breaks out and Johnny's body is found several hours afterwards.)
  • 15 unnamed people (die in a nightclub fire started by Danny Maxwell when he pours rum over a curtain behind the DJ desk which then ignites when the pyrotechnics go off.)
  • Connie Wilkes (dies in hospital from a combination of being trampled (causing a ruptured spleen) and breathing in superheated air while escaping from the burning nightclub.)
  • Jill Susan (dies from a combination of smoke inhalation and blunt force trauma after collapsing in Judge Ojeda's shower and hitting her head on the faucet after having been caught up in the nightclub fire.)

Freaks and Tweaks

  • Darwin Capshaw (beaten to death by Chaz with a broken pool cue; Chaz forces Tommy Lee Harkins to bind an unconscious Darwin's hands with duct tape and precedes to beat him several more times, killing him. Darwin's body is later severely burned after being caught in an explosion when Eric Delko activates a booby trap left by Chaz, nearly killing Eric, Horatio Caine, Tim Speedle and Frank Tripp.)
  • Dennis Harmon (shot in the chest by Brad Kenner with a Beretta 950 Jetfire at the behest of Julie Harmon.)

Body Count

  • Unnamed prisoner (stabbed in the chest by Hank Kerner with a makeshift shiv.)
  • Officer Gordon (shot twice in the chest by Hank Kerner with a Heckler & Koch MP5K during the prison breakout, Gordon then falls off the top of the prison wall he was standing on.)
  • Randall Kaye (shot in the head by Hank Kerner with a Smith & Wesson Model 686.)

Dead Zone

  • Paul Jackson (shot in the chest by Marty Jones with a speargun, impaling him to the wall of his boat.)
  • Bret Betancourt (dies after opening a letter bomb sent to him by Javier Cinfuegos.)
  • Marty Jones (killed by Javier Cinfuegos' men and dumped in the ocean after they cut off the hook which had replaced his hand.)

Hard Time

  • N/A (Despite being brutally beaten by Sgt. Greg Brennan with a 2x4 at the behest of Mason Shaw, Peg Donovan survives the attack.)

Death Grip

  • Consuela Valdez (murdered by David Kendall and then dumped in the Everglades after binding her wrists and ankles with tennis racket string; her body is then eaten by a crocodile.)

The Best Defense

  • Brad Dawson (shot in the mouth by Ricky Murdoch with an Astra Cadix; the murder is then covered up by Murdoch and Aaron Schecter.)
  • Justin Sayers (shot in the face by Ricky Murdoch with an Astra Cadix, the murder is then covered up by Murdoch and Aaron Schecter.)
  • Duane Edmunds (stabbed once in the head, once in the neck and then six times in the chest by Gloria Haberfield with a screwdriver.)

Hurricane Anthony

  • Steven Granger (drowns in rainwater after being swept up by a wind vortex during a hurricane, his body is carried inland where it collides with Todd Burton's car.)
  • Martin Medesto (dies several hours after being impaled through the back on a wrought iron fence just before the hurricane hits due to falling off of a ladder during an argument with Todd Burton; he is discovered by Horatio Caine during the aftermath and dies holding his hand.)
  • Deena Gold (hit in the neck with a spent bullet from her Beretta 92FS Inox when strong winds sweep it up from her backyard and blow it through her window while she is arguing with Jed Gold.)
  • 21 unnamed people (die as a result of Hurricane Anthony.)

Grand Prix

  • Chris Petrie (burns to death when his refueling equipment is sabotaged by Ron Elner: his fireproof gloves are soaked in potassium chloride and the fuel nozzle is dowsed in sulphuric acid, this causes a spark when he inserts the fuel line into the car and helps ignite the methanol vapours. Elner also sabotages the water hose by blocking it with a socket insert, ensuring Chris is not rescued.)

Big Brother

  • Stephen Bremen (throat slit by Lloyd Cole who then attempts to frame Jason Flager.)
  • Raymond Caine (shot twice in the chest by Bob Keaton with a Smith & Wesson 4506; this happened two years previously. A year later it is revealed that Ray's death was faked so he could go deep undercover, with help from Keaton.)

Bait

  • Cindy Castiano (leg and unborn fetus eaten by a shark after having been shot in the shoulder by Leslie Warner with a stainless SIG-Sauer P230 the previous evening; the two women then struggled and fell into the marina where Cindy stayed until the next morning, her blood having attracted the shark.)

Extreme

  • Nikki Wilcox (suffocated by Tommy Chandler with plastic wrap after pretending to rescue her from a kidnapping roleplaying game; her body is later found by Jack Hawkins, who disposes of it by throwing it from the roof of a parking garage.)

Complications

  • Sara Foster (dies from cardiac arrest while undergoing an implant enlargement procedure performed by Dr. Keith Winters. A week previously, Sara was involved in an accident on Brad Foster's boat which caused one of her implants to rupture and leak fluid into her system. This went unnoticed during the surgery until Sara started going into hemorrhagic shock and subsequently died after having epinephrine injected directly into her heart, due to Debbie Morbach not correctly inserting the IV.)
  • Carlos Garza (strangled by Debbie Morbach with a cord from some curtains; she then stages the scene as a suicide by hanging his body from his first floor balcony.)

Witness to Murder

  • Richard Beckham (shot in the chest by Pete Tolson with a Smith & Wesson Model 25.)
  • Eugene Walters (dies in hospital after being severely beaten by Pete Tolson.)
  • Jenny Kincaid (dies from a broken neck after being shoved down some stairs during an argument with her aunt; her body is then found by Thomas Kincaid who disposes of her body at a truck stop outside of town. He later pays off a morgue driver to have the body delivered to his house instead, where he hides it behind a wine rack.)

Blood Moon

  • Juan Marco Varon (real name Miguel Bernardo) (throat slit by Carlos Gonzalez with a chaveta after being overpowered, stripped, tied to a chair, branded, and repeatedly beaten and slashed. Carlos then cuts off Miguel's penis before slitting his throat.)
  • Matt Bolton (shot in the chest by Melanie Hines with a nickel plated Lorcin L22 with fake ivory grips; she claims she tripped on a curb and the gun went off due to it having a hair trigger.)

Slow Burn

  • Wade Hinkle (shot in the neck when Joshua Keating's dog stands on the trigger of Wade's .308 hunting rifle and causing it to fire while the two are drunkenly arguing and brawling.)
  • Sandi Willis (dies from blunt force trauma after having the back of her head smashed into the ground by Dale Stahl, her body is then severely burned during a fire in the Everglades after he disposes of it.)

Stalkerazzi

  • Chloe Jackson (shot in the head by Danny Cato with a Glock 19; he disposes of her body by throwing it in the river behind his house.)
  • Jerry Dorfman (smothered by Gabe Rotter with a baseball cap after being severely injured in a car crash.)

Invasion

  • Ted Henderson (shot in the chest by Joe Zeller with a sawn-off Ruger 10/22; he and Steve Davis then bury the body in a field.)
  • Steve Davis (commits suicide by shooting himself three times in the chest with a sawn-off Ruger 10/22.)

Money for Nothing

  • John Klauser (shot several times in the head and chest by Lance through the windshield of his armored truck with a Browning M1919A4.)
  • Danny Pilar (shot twice in the chest by Horatio Caine with a Beretta Cougar 8045F.)

Wannabe

  • Avi Golan (stabbed several times in the chest by Danny Fisch with a butterfly knife.)
  • Barbara Nance (shot once in the chest and once in the head by Rachel Bailey with a Beretta 92FS Inox (the second time as she is being held down by Jen Kemp); they then dispose of her body in a dumpster in an alleyway.)
  • Wally Shmagin (commits suicide by repeatedly goring himself in the head with a Lizzy Borden style axe.)

Deadline

  • Mike Griffith (shot twice in the chest through a door by Bobby Jeter with a MAC-11.)
  • Amy James (bleeds to death after being shot twice in the back and once in the back of the head by Josh Dalton with a .22 revolver; he then disposes of her body in the trunk of her car.)

The Oath

  • Officer Dan Cofield (bleeds to death after being shot under his right arm by Jimmy Azario's unnamed accomplice with a third generation Colt Detective Special; a shootout ensued after Gary Nielson shot at Azario with a Rossi Princess while being carjacked.)

Not Landing

  • Adam Decker (dies from carbon monoxide poisoning while flying his plane after Heddy Latham sabotages it by boring holes through the exhaust manifold and the firewall causing the cockpit to fill with fumes; the pilotless plane then nosedives and crashes onto a beach.)
  • Unnamed parking valet (dies from a brain aneurysm.)

Rap Sheet

  • Trevor Leeds (run over by a car being driven by a drunk Dan Dakota.)
  • Billy Rodman (shot three times in the back by Craig Yarnell (real name Craig Waters) with a Glock 21 at the behest of Dan Dakota.)
  • Nicole Harjo (bleeds to death after being stabbed in the chest by Ken Dawson with a corkscrew; she is discovered by Veronica Grant who attempts to drive her to hospital but Nicole dies during the journey. A distracted Veronica then crashes into a fire hydrant, the impact sending Nicole, who wasn’t wearing a seatbelt, up into a tree where she is impaled through the chest on a branch.)

MIA/NYC Non-Stop

  • Nick Murdoch (strangled by Davey Penrod with his belt; his body is discovered three days later.)
  • Denise Spelman (throat slit by Davey Penrod, nearly decapitating her.)
  • Mr. Spelman (stabbed multiple times in the chest and back by Davey Penrod, mistaking him for Michael Hanover Sr.)
  • Michael Hanover Sr. (throat slit and stabbed in the chest by Davey Penrod at the behest of Kevin Dowell.)

  • Jennifer Valdez (shot in the chest by Byron Middlebrook as he performs a drive-by shooting with a Cobray M11/9 from a cigarette boat at the house of Dennis de Labeque.)
  • Wesley Simmons (accidentally shot three times in the back by Byron Middlebrook with a Cobray M11/9 during the drive-by; the boat and his body are later found by Bob Davenport who dumps the body over the side where it later gets picked up by the net of a shrimper.)
  • Dennis de Labeque (stabbed in the chest by an unnamed prisoner with a makeshift shiv at the behest of Byron Middlebrook.)

Under the Influence

  • Katrina Hannagan (pushed in front of a bus by Claudia Sanders.)
  • Patrick Wakefield (pushed down an elevator shaft from the fifth floor of an office building by Claudia Sanders.)
  • Martin Perlman (stabbed three times in the chest by Jay Seaver with a box cutter, the murder is then covered up by Claudia Sanders; this happened a few months previously.)
  • Travis Madison (beaten to death by Larry Grill with a pipe, his body then gets run over by Kenwall Duquesne after Grill attempts to carjack him.)

Murder in a Flash

  • Danny Kleiner (accidentally poisoned by Stephanie Brooks when he drinks from a bottle of Scotch she had spiked with GHB.)
  • Madonna Arias (beaten to death by Fidel Barroso; he disposes of her body by rolling it in a carpet and throwing it out the window into a dumpster.)

Legal

  • Jenny Price (stabbed three times in the chest by Kevin Lewiston with a broken martini glass after punching her in the throat and crushing her larynx.)
  • Ivan Radu (strangled by Tommy Novac with the cord from a lamp, he then attempts to dispose of the body by taking it to Chase Shaw's club but flees after nearly running over Horatio Caine.)

Hell Night

  • Miranda Lopez (bleeds to death after being stabbed twice in the abdomen by Chelsea Lopez with a kitchen knife. Donny Lopez attempts to clean up the scene and is subsequently arrested and convicted of the crime; this happened a year previously.)
  • Donny Lopez (gored through the head with a meat cleaver by Jim Wilson.)
  • Martin Conner (dies from a heart attack after being shot twice in the leg and once in the chest by Chris Owens with a paintball gun, he then tries to blame Ray Caine Jr.)

Crime Wave

  • Leon Caldwell (stabbed in the head by Steve Riddick with a dot punch while suffering an apnea attack.)
  • Regina Deacon (stabbed in the head by Steve Riddick with a dot punch.)
  • Barry Youngblood (shot twice in the chest by Horatio Caine with a SIG-Sauer P226. Normally he uses a P229 but due to a continuity error was seen using a P226 in this scene.)
  • Unnamed bank robber (shot three times in the chest by Eric Delko with a Heckler & Koch USP9; his body then gets washed away as the tsunami withdraws.)
  • Ed Miller (strangled by Paul Abbot with a cord; he then disposes of the body at a nearby cemetery but it gets washed up due to the tsunami.)

  • Richard Laken (beaten to death by Mary Kinnan with a tire iron.)

  • Six unnamed fishermen (drown after being tied together with rope and being thrown overboard their boat with the anchor by Darryl Morgan and Bart Roberts; one of the bodies manages to break free and drifts away but is later found. This happened six days previously.)
  • Chip Manning (dies from dehydration after being forced to drink seawater by Adam Kalmenson who later decides to eat part of his leg after being adrift at sea for six days.)
  • Unnamed pirate (shot multiple times in the chest by an MDPD SWAT team with Colt M4A1 Carbines.)
  • Unnamed pirate (shot twice in the chest by Horatio Caine with a SIG-Sauer P229.)

After the Fall

  • Michael Johnson (crushed after being landed on by Stan Hemming, who falls three stories onto him.)
