Blink

  • Zoya Pavlova (accidentally strangled to death by Bogdhan Ivanov while he is attempting to paralyze her with Locked-In Syndrome; after then breaking her neck, he later disposes of her body on a trash barge on the river where it is discovered five days later.)
  • LeAnn Goodman (dies from two haemorrhagic strokes as a result of Bogdhan Ivanov attempting to paralyze her with Locked-In Syndrome; he later disposes of her body by dumping it at the shoreline of the river near one of the bridges.)
  • Unnamed woman (rendered braindead as a result of being paralyzed with Locked-In Syndrome by Bogdhan Ivanov; due to it being irreversible, Dr. Smythe reveals that he is seeking next of kin so her life support machine can be turned off.)

Creatures of the Night

  • Jordy Tompkins (shot in the abdomen by Calvin Montgomery with a snubnosed revolver in an alley; a rat later chews through his wound and eats the bullet.)

American Dreamers

  • Unnamed male teenager (dies from blunt force trauma after being hit in the head with a pipe by Aaron Moreland; fourteen years later, his remains are discovered by Lester Jayne who partially reassembles his skeleton, dresses it up and plants it on the top deck of an open top tour bus in order to scare tourists. No one comes forward to identify the boy.)

Grand Master

  • DJ Banner (real name Christopher Marcus) (stabbed twice in the chest and once in the neck with George Thomas' construction file by Jayden Prince.)
  • Deborah Gayle (drowns in her indoor swimming pool after being poisoned with tetrodotoxin by Mitchiko Mazawa; she unknowingly ingested the poison after eating fugu off of Mitchiko's foot, not knowing that she had mixed the toxin in with her toenail polish. She drowns hours later when paralysis sets in, despite the attempts of Madison Haynes to try and save her.)

A Man a Mile

  • Pete Riggs (dies of an asthma attack after being abandoned in a construction tunnel by Joe Riggs; Joe finds his body the next day and leaves it in the blast area of an explosion to try and make it look like an accident.)
  • Hannah Recchi (strangled to death by Tina Paulson with the strap from her handbag; she then dumps her body in the East River.)

Outside Man

  • Najiv Patel (shot once in the back and once in the head by Luis Torres with a Smith & Wesson Pre-Model 30 .32 Hand Ejector.)
  • Gina Robson (shot in the head by Luis Torres with a Smith & Wesson Pre-Model 30 .32 Hand Ejector.)
  • Jared Perkins (shot in the head by Luis Torres with a Smith & Wesson Pre-Model 30 .32 Hand Ejector.)
  • Octavia Figueroa (dies in hospital after being shot in the head by Luis Torres with a Smith & Wesson Pre-Model 30 .32 Hand Ejector.)
  • Frank Hertzberg (dies from gangrene after having his leg amputated by an EMT he had paid off; the EMT later dumps Frank's leg in an alley and his body is discovered a day later.)

Rain

  • Unnamed bank robber (dies in an explosion when Tony Fenn shoots a ruptured acetylene tank with a Beretta 92FS.)
  • Carlton Himes (burns to death after being caught in the explosion of the ruptured acetylene tank caused by Tony Fenn shooting at it with a Beretta 92FS.)
  • Tony Fenn (dies on the way to hospital after being shot in the chest by the unnamed bank robber with a Smith & Wesson 5906; he manages to fire off a couple of shots at the escaping robbers, hitting their ruptured acetylene tank and causing an explosion which kills two of them and also hitting Kevin Moretti.)
  • Kevin Moretti (bleeds to death after having been previously shot in the neck by Tony Fenn with a Beretta 92FS.)

Three Generations are Enough

  • Trina Rolston (dies from a broken neck after being hit in the back of the neck with a candlestick holder by Luke Sutton, who then carries her body to the roof of the church and throws it off in order to make it look like a suicide.)
  • Luke Sutton (commits suicide by pouring gasoline over himself and setting himself on fire in his car as a continuation of his schizophrenic break which caused him to kill Trina Rolston; whilst the car is burning, Luke gets shot in the side by Emily Dent's Smith & Wesson Model 36 "Chief's Special" which he had left in the centre console, due to the heat of the fire setting off the gunpowder in one of the rounds.)

Officer Blue

  • Officer Elian Velasquez (shot in the back while on horseback by Jerald Brown with an AR15A2 HBAR from the 9th floor of the Patterson Building after being lured into view by Willie Chancey.)
  • Lenny Starks (dies from delayed blunt force trauma as a result of having his head repeatedly bashed in with a pizza oven door by Nick Vicenzo.)
  • Willie Chancey (shot twice in the chest by Jerald Brown with an AR15A2 HBAR after being rifle butted and dumped in the trunk of his own car.)

Night, Mother

  • Rachel Camden (impaled through the chest with a wooden stake by Jason Walder; a parasomniac Ophelia Dichiara attempts to save her by massaging her heart.)
  • Lenny Cook (beaten to death by Eduardo after being lured into an alleyway by Ryan Mallone.)

Tri-Borough

  • Randy Hontz (electrocuted after touching a flagpole which had been rigged with a jumper cable to the house's fusebox by Will Galanis; Bob Galanis then discovers Will attempting to dispose of the body so he decides to dispose of it himself by dumping it on some nearby subway tracks to cover up the cause of electrocution.)
  • Leo Whitefield (shot in the chest during a struggle with Ron Letham with a Walther PPK.)
  • Bill Lemakkia (dies from blunt force trauma after being hit in the head with frozen aeroplane waste from 30 thousand feet.)

Recycling

  • Michael Starling (bleeds to death after being stabbed in the pelvis by Mark Stutz with some scissors from a Swiss Army knife.)
  • Elaine Curtis (stabbed through the chest by Millie Hanford's knitting needle after collapsing on top of it; she had unknowingly ingested water spiked with clomipramine by Millie, which caused her to suffer serotonin syndrome as she was already taking phenelzine. This then caused her to fall on top of Millie's bag and become impaled on the needle, she tried to get up but fell again driving the needle all the way through her chest.)

Tanglewood

  • Mihok Lev (dies on the way to hospital after being shot in the neck by Paul Montenassi with a Smith & Wesson Model 60.)
  • Paul Montenassi (beaten to death by Sonny Sassone with a baseball bat.)
  • Marta Santo (dies in a car accident after her car is rammed off the road by Tavia Greenburg.)

Blood, Sweat & Tears

  • Lukas Neiman (commits suicide by locking himself in a 2x2x2 box and suffocating himself; after discovering his body, Anasuya Espargosa wheels the box down to Coney Island and throws it in the sea. It later washes up on the beach the next day.)
  • Lita Cartey (bleeds to death after being stabbed in the thigh by Eric Slovenski; he then wraps her body up in a shower curtain and disposes of it down a garbage chute.)

Til Death Do We Part

  • Hannah Bloom (dies from formaldehyde poisoning after absorbing embalming fluid through her wedding dress which had been stolen from a mortuary by John Swinton.)
  • Gordon Samuels (dies from formaldehyde poisoning after absorbing embalming fluid through his suit which had been stolen  from a mortuary by John Swinton.)
  • Peyton Davis (died two weeks previously; the suit he was buried in was then stolen by John Swinton who then resells it. It later gets bought by Gordon Samuels, causing his death.)
  • Victor Mulcahy (dies from blunt force trauma after being punched in the face by Rick Amadori; this happened three years previously.)
  • Rick Amadori (dies from a combination of starvation, dehydration, shock and blood loss from chewing his own hand off after being knocked unconscious with a trundle wheel by Lance Moretti and then chained to a wall at the Staten Island Monastery at the behest of Bobby Lugano.)

Hush

  • Jimmy Prineman (beaten to death with brass knuckles by Kevin Hannigan; he and Paddy Dolan then hide his body in a shipping container where it is found two days later.)
  • Paddy Dolan (crushed to death by a shipping container after it is lowered on top of him by Kevin Hannigan (bisecting his body in the process) after having been stabbed in the chest by him.)
  • Debbie Bogda (dies in a car accident after being tied upside down in a harness on the front of Ron Bogda's truck; he loses control at over 100mph whilst arguing with Jennifer Stupain and then crashes into a tree.)

The Fall

  • Unnamed wine store owner (shot twice in the back by Tomas Perez with a Beretta 92FS Inox; he dies at the scene despite the efforts of the paramedics.)
  • Melvin Heckman (dies from blunt force trauma after slipping off of a third story balcony and hitting his head on a window ledge while drunkenly reaching for some chocolate he had hidden in one of his building's gargoyles; his body then falls three stories and lands on the building's canopy.)

The Dove Commission

  • Commissioner Dan Stanwyk (shot twice in the back through the window of the 65th floor of the Centuron Building by Inspector Bill Markoni using a remote control helicopter with .30 caliber rifles fitted to it from the Tactical Assistance Response Unit.)
  • Charlotte DuBois (shot twice in the abdomen (one of the rounds going through Commissioner Dan Stanwyk's chest) through the window of the 65th floor of the Centuron Building by Inspector Bill Markoni using a remote control helicopter with .30 caliber rifles fitted to it from the Tactical Assistance Response Unit.)
  • Fernando Reyes (throat slit by Paul Baxter after being severely beaten and repeatedly stabbed by him for intervening when Baxter was attempting to assault Jamie Banks.)

Crime & Misdemeanor

  • Susan Young (throat slit by Robert Costa after raping her; he then dumped her body in some wetlands outside of the city and the crime is then covered up by him, Frank Barrett, Tom Martin and Tony Garcia. This happened ten years previously.)
  • Jenny Lee (throat slit by Frank Barrett with a broken champagne bottle after drugging her and Robert Costa and laying her body across Costa's. Once Costa wakes up, he and Barrett (feigning innocence) clean up the scene and wrap Jenny's body in the bedsheets, disposing of her body in the laundry chute. Her body is later found at the cleaning facility.)
  • John Hawkins (dies from a brain aneurysm; his body is found by David Scott who then carries him home and dresses him up like a human statue and places his body outside a subway station so that he could take the day off.)

Supply and Demand

  • Will Novick (shot in the head by Joel Banks with a Smith & Wesson Model 65 after being severely beaten by him.)
  • Paul Collins (dies from a heroin overdose after snorting 90% pure product; he was told it was cocaine by a clueless Jordan Benson who had sold it to him.)

On the Job

  • Jay Knight (shot in the chest by Michael Armstrong with a Heckler & Koch USP9.)
  • Detective Rodney Minhas (bleeds to death after being shot in the abdomen by Jay Knight with a Glock 26 and later being shot in the shoulder by Danny Messer with a Glock 17.)
  • Sandra Lopez (dies from blunt force trauma after being hit in the head with a rock by Matrice Singh.)

The Closer

  • Gilbert Novotny (dies from a ruptured spleen after being hit in the chest with a baseball by Ruben DeRosa.)
  • Margo Trent (dies from being hit by a delivery truck while fleeing from an angry Ruben DeRosa.)
  • Alissa Danville (beaten to death with a hammer by an unknown assailant; it was initially thought she was murdered by Quinn Sullivan but he later gets acquitted. This happened ten months previously.)

What You See Is What You See

  • Adam Baxter (bleeds to death after being shot in the leg by Steve Collins with a Kahr K9.)
  • Mrs. Collins (strangled to death by Dennis Sporco.)

Season Two[]

Summer in the City

  • Lee Dillard (shot in the head by Adam Sorenson with a stainless Colt DS-VI at the behest of Connie Williams; he then hides the body in a closet.)
  • Paul Gizner (falls to his death while climbing up the side of the Empire State Building; he gets to the 34th floor where he witnesses Adam Sorenson shoot Lee Dillard and ends up panicking and falling when Sorenson points the gun towards him.)
  • Whitman Price (bleeds to death internally from being punched in the chest by Nicole Jordan's bodyguard after he had swallowed a large diamond.)

Grand Murder at Central Station

  • Dr. Spencer Howard (dies from cardiac arrest on the way to hospital after being accidentally splashed in the face with lye by Dr. Stanley Thatcher; they were planning an insurance scam where Thatcher would splash lye on Howard's hands during rush hour at Grand Central Station but it went awry when a passer-by knocked into Thatcher and causing him to splash Howard's face instead. He dies despite the attempts of Dr. Sheldon Hawkes and the paramedics to try and save him.)
  • Evelyn Danner (strangled to death with a ribbon by Paul Deacon.)

Zoo York

  • Bobby Venetti (stabbed in the clavicle with a meat hook by Felix Parker who then hides his body in a meat freezer; two days later he goes back to the scene, binds Bobby's hands and feet with duct tape and takes his body to the Central Park Zoo where he throws it into the tiger enclosure. Bobby's body then gets mauled and partially eaten by one of the tigers.)
  • Briana Freemont (poisoned by Tanya Danville who injects her in the neck with synthetic spider venom.)

Corporate Warriors

  • Jared Stanton (decapitated with a katana by Greg Thompson while sat on a park bench.)
  • Greg Thompson (bleeds to death internally after being stabbed in the chest with a broken pool cue by Paul Martin during a massive brawl inside a pool hall (a wooden splinter pierces through his chest into his heart). He then stumbles outside into the San Gennaro Festival and is promptly beaten when he falls into the Money Statue and the carriers think he was trying to steal from it.)
  • James Walker (dies from smoke inhalation when Luke Robertson sets fire to Karen Walker's apartment, not knowing that James was there. James' body gets partially burned during the fire.)

Dancing with the Fishes

  • Harold Claven (dies from respiratory failure after being elbowed hard in the face by Vincent Williams.)
  • Kia Rowe (falls to her death from the Roosevelt Island Aerial Tramway while escaping from Vincent Williams after he kills Harold Claven. She ends up landing on the windscreen of a car passing underneath on the FDR.)
  • Fred Bayliss (impaled through the back on a swordfish during a struggle with Richard Daly, who then dumps his body in an alleyway after transporting it in the trunk of his car.)

Youngblood

  • Jason Kinsey (shot in the chest by Mike Adams with a zip gun fashioned out of a steering lock while aiming for Melanie Dobson.)
  • Wesley Harding (real name Richard Collins) (dies from anaphylactic shock when Ben Lowell puts some of his lobster bisque into Richard's soup; he collapses and dies after being chased through Central Park by Lowell and Nigel Ballantyne, who then tie his body to a metal railing and throw it into a nearby pond.)

Manhattan Manhunt

  • Unnamed security guard (neck broken by Henry Darius.)
  • Alexa Endecott (shot in the head by Henry Darius with a SIG-Sauer P226.)
  • Dalton (shot in the back of the head by Henry Darius with a SIG-Sauer P226 after being made to lie face down on the floor.)
  • Paige (shot in the back of the head by Henry Darius with a SIG-Sauer P226 after being made to lie face down on the floor.)
  • Samantha (shot in the back of the head by Henry Darius with a SIG-Sauer P226 after being made to lie face down on the floor.)
  • Jessica (shot in the back of the head by Henry Darius with a SIG-Sauer P226 after being made to lie face down on the floor.)

  • Tara Stansfield (drowns in a puddle after being knocked unconscious with a camera tripod by Leonard Curson and it starts to rain heavily around her body.)

City of the Dolls

  • Russell McCulley (dies from shock and blood loss after having his hand slashed (specifically his radial artery) with a broken porcelain doll's arm by Luke Fisher.)
  • Lauren Redgrave (dies from respiratory failure as a result of acute arsenic poisoning due to Dale Straker spiking her teabags with rat poison for the last seven months; it is revealed that Lauren had terminal stomach cancer and only had about three months left to live.)

Jamalot

  • Rose Wilson (dies from multiple organ failure as a result of being poisoned by Layla Vonner, who had spiked her shampoo with DNP. During a roller derby match, Rose is taken to the floor and ends up on the bottom of a dog pile where she goes into hyperthermia and dies.)
  • Griffin Holden (suffocated with a plastic clothes protector by Simon Winger; he then rolls his body up in a rug and discards it in a nearby dumpster.)

Trapped

  • Joanna Kelton (burns to death after being shoved face first onto a klieg light by Angie Charles during an argument.)
  • Hunter Hudson (forced to slit his own throat by Jerry Gordon with a kitchen knife after Hunter hesitates while being hypnotised into committing suicide by Linda Cortez.)

Wasted

  • Serena Portinova (dies from an ecstasy overdose due to inhaling fumes from her body paint, which had had ecstasy mixed into it and had subsequently started to melt under the hot stage lights of the fashion show she was taking part in.)
  • Jennifer Fazotti (neck broken by Todd Miller after he hits her in the back of the neck with a paint can; he then hides her body in a sound equipment truck.)
  • Dr. Rachel Jeffries (shot once in the back of the leg and once in the back by Lynette Richmont with a Smith & Wesson Model 36 "Chief's Special"; Paul Richmont then attempts to confess to the murder knowing that his terminal blood disease will prevent him from standing trial.)

Risk

  • Randy Williams (dies from blunt force trauma after being hit in the head with a wooden shoe paddle by Chuck White and then thrown out the back of a moving subway train.)
  • QT Jammer (hanged by Bobby Martin out of his own 40th floor office window after being smothered with a pillow covered in chloroform; Martin then attempts to stage the scene as a suicide.)

Stuck On You

  • Mirabella (impaled through the chest with a bow and arrow shot by James Golden from a nearby rooftop, which impales Carlo Franchetti through the back and exits his chest into her. Carlo survives after being rushed to hospital.)
  • Gideon Epp (chokes to death on his own blood after being hit twice in the throat with a bass guitar by Elva after he had been pepper sprayed by Stephanie O'Dell; he then has superglue poured over his face by Gus Drood.)

Fare Game

  • Kyle Vance (bleeds to death after being shot point blank in the chest by Chris Matthews with a blank firing Beretta 92FS.)
  • Kathleen Dunley (chokes to death after being fed a live octopus by Tony Collins (real name Larry Whitford) after he purposefully neglects to prepare it properly.)

Cool Hunter

  • Stacie Avida (drowns herself in her building's water tower in an attempt to frame Dr. Craig Zimmer for murder; she slices her wrist after punching through a stained glass window in his apartment after injecting herself with his morphine.)
  • Gina Williamson (dies when Dr. Craig Zimmer attempts to give her CPR after she chokes on some food but he compresses her chest too hard (from the effects of being high on morphine) and breaks her rib causing it to puncture her heart; this happened four years previously.)
  • Ben Hatfield (strangled to death with the chain from a playground swing by Rico Cerda after a brief fight; Ben had previously gotten into a fight with Elliott Stanton prior to his death.)

Necrophilia Americana

  • Ceci Astor (stabbed in the head with a 14th century knife by Stewart DeCaro during an argument, he then hides her body on a diorama inside the Manhattan Museum of Science. Her body is then partially consumed by American carrion beetles from a nearby exhibit.)
  • Jim Morris (suffocates after Harry Vernon sprays insulation foam down his throat.)

Live or Let Die

  • Sean Hovac (shot in the chest by Mark Anderson with a Smith & Wesson Model 65; his body is then loaded into the hijacked medevac helicopter but later falls out, plunging several hundred feet to the ground where it bounces off the side of a billboard and lands on top of a scissor lift.)
  • Dr. Jennifer Goss (it is revealed that she has a terminal liver condition.)
  • Lillian Stanwick (impaled through the back of the neck by one of the spokes of a broken bicycle wheel after being shoved backwards to the ground while being attacked by D.J. Pratt.)

Super Men

  • Elaine Bradford (dies in a car accident indirectly caused by Tyrell Mann; this happened four and a half years previously.)
  • Tyrell Mann (dies from an air embolism after being hit in the back of the neck with an air pump by Maurice Bradford, causing it to pump a rush of air into his system.)
  • Clark Kranen (suffers a fatal diffusal axonal injury after being hit in the back of the neck by Vern Dux; several years previously Clark suffered a severe head injury when he jumped out of a window.)

Run Silent, Run Deep

  • Bobby Manning (shot in the back of the head by Sonny Sassone with a Colt M1911A1; he, Louis Messer and Salvador Zabo then bury his body in the end zone of the Giants Stadium and it is discovered fifteen years later.)
  • Salvador Zabo (commits suicide by shooting himself in the head with a sawn-off twelve gauge double barreled shotgun.)
  • Jim Mooney (stabbed five times in the chest with an oyster shucking knife by Paul Sabatini.)

All Access

  • Nick Russo (shot in the throat by Felicia Badman with his own Beretta 3032 Tomcat during a struggle.)
  • Frankie Mala (shot three times in the chest by Stella Bonasera with a Glock 19.)

Stealing Home

  • Sara Butler (strangled to death by James Vackner and then dumped in the East River.)
  • Mark Jeffries (shot in the head by Elle Jeffries with Kevin Davis' two-tone SIG-Sauer P228.)

Heroes

  • Corporal Trevor Price (stabbed in the chest by Stacey Gale as he has Keith Gale in a chokehold, after he intervenes in a physical altercation between them.)
  • Aiden Burn (beaten to death by D.J. Pratt after he lures her into an alleyway and forces her inside a stolen car; he then pours lighter fluid over her body and most of the car and sets fire to them.)

People With Money

  • Sam McFarland (bleeds to death after being stabbed in the chest with a Statue of Liberty keychain during a fight with Denney Lancaster.)
  • Vanessa May (hits the back of her head on a coffee table during a drunken cat fight with Margo Demme, which is then covered up by her, Asad Jamilla and Clarence Rome.)
  • Danica Wade (commits suicide by jumping off of the Brooklyn Bridge.)

Not What It Looks Like

  • Michael Willis (shot in the chest during a robbery committed by Beth Larson, Natalie Lederman and Dana when one of their sawn-off twelve gauge double barreled shotguns gets knocked on the floor during a struggle and when the alarm is pulled a security gate comes crashing down onto the gun and causes it to fire.)
  • Natalie Lederman (shot in the chest by Adir Motubu (real name Mosi Ghedi) with a "PSS silent pistol".)
  • Pauline Rayburn (dies of a heart attack after being hit in the face by Matthew Rayburn; it is revealed she was suffering from a serious heart condition which is why she died. He and Sal Bovado then dispose of her body in an abandoned building scheduled for demolition and is found after a wrecking ball smashes into it three weeks later.)

Love Run Cold

  • Tonya Nettles (stabbed in the abdomen with an ice sceptre by Liam Griffin.)
  • Owen Reid (poisoned when Sharon Cates sprays carbon monoxide in his face from a small canister during a marathon.)

Hung Out to Dry

  • Amy Feidler (decapitated with a blowtorch by Shane Casey; he then hangs her body upside down from a ceiling fan and buries her head under a rock in a nearby park.)
  • Kenneth Chandler (has his eyes gouged out and has two railroad spikes forced into his eye sockets, pinning him against a tree, by Shane Casey who then hides the eyes in Kenneth's pocket.)
  • Eric Dalton (shot twice in the chest by Ian Casey with a Glock 19; this happened three years previously.)
  • Ian Casey (commits suicide by hanging himself in his prison cell; this happened three Weeks previously.)

Oedipus Hex

  • Carensa Sanders (stabbed once in the chest and four times in the head with her own stiletto high heel by Albert Linehardt.)
  • Alonzo Tevis (dies from blunt force trauma after being hit in the head with a Teacher of the Year plaque by Lily Becker after he had been run over by Hector Moody and had crawled over to her and Clay Becker for help.)

  • Sara Jackson (impaled through the back on a sculpture after being knocked over a railing by Tess Larson during a struggle and falling three stories.)
  • Dan Thomason (dies from blunt force trauma after being hit three times in the head with a hammer by Grace Thomason.)
  • Ron Blunt (shot twice in the back of the head by Grace Thomason with a Smith & Wesson Model 60; she then attempts to frame him for Dan Thomason's murder and claim she acted in self-defense.)

Murder Sings the Blues

  • Jenny Anders (dies from multiple organ failure after drinking from a hip flask that had been spiked with DMH (jet fuel) by James McQuinn which he had given to Randy Kern but she took it off him.)
  • Grant Jordan (drowned in his swim gym by Daniel Gecko.)

Consequences

  • Kym Tanaka (shot once in the shoulder and once in the back by Detective Dean Truby with a Glock 17.)
  • Claire Conrad Taylor (killed during the 9/11 terroist attacks five years prior.)

  • Nicole Garner (dies in a car accident while driving over the limit; this happened five days previously.)
  • Heather Rollins (smothered with a plastic bag by Julie Rollins who had mistaken her for Nicole Garner; Heather had been severely injured in a car accident five days previously which had left her unrecognizable.)
