Jesse Stark is a murderer appearing in Bloodline in CSI:Miami.

History[]

Stark is one sixteenth Kipayo and in need of profits from the local tribal casino he was legitimized by in his status. He was horrified to hear Doug Lansing, a tycoon staying at the hotel he worked at, was planning to liquidate the casino's funds in an embezzlement scheme and impoverish and disgrace his tribe. When Stark found Lansing and an attending prostitute and accomplice, Anna Sivarro, passed out from roofies, Stark took the chance to take a traditional indigenous bone knife he possessed and stab Lansing to death, twice in the chest, before scalping him to make a statement.

He denies involvement when first questioned, but when tracing the casino, testing his DNA, and even finding bone fragments from the knife he used in Lansing's wound's, he's interrogated again. He confesses while tying to compose himself when he reiterates how white capitalists keep trying to target native tribal peoples who deserve their rightful entitlements.

Stark is arrested and incarcerated for murder and mutilation.
